Our aim and
message are very simple - sew the seed to connect today's culture and society
with saving Grace. That's it. We're not driven to cosh people with a bible and
then hit them with a chunk of 16th century mumbo-jumbo... we're called to
provide a feast of fine English fare (usually in the form of eggs, bacon,
sausages and baked beans) followed by a rational, sensible and altogether
relevant presentation of faith from people who have experienced true Grace in
their lives.
Our speakers
have included the Chief Constable of the Leicester Constabulary,
Matt Baggott, founder of Leicester solicitors Lawson-West, Keith
Lawson-West, and Liam McCarthy, Editor of BBC Radio Leicester.
Our numbers have
now risen to in excess of 90 per meeting proving that, even if
Christianity is not your bag, there's a relevant message here to
be heard. Not to mention the food...
Please email us
using the link provided if you would like to be added to our
emailing list of future events - it'd be great to have you
along. Friends are always welcome too.
Recordings of
our speakers is a recent addition to our site so we hope it may
spur you to join us. Please use the email link for any queries -
or indeed if you would like any of the speaker's recordings on
cd.
In the meantime,
please enjoy - and we look forward to welcoming you at our next
meeting.
