We are looking to appoint a new Operations Director to join the leadership team of our mission-focused Resourcing Church as we seek to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and live out our faith in practice.

This is a senior role in our team, with responsibility for overseeing efficient and effective church operations in a way which enables the church to move from vision to reality. It would be ideal for someone with Operations experience and with a passion for seeing things done well in the church.

​

This strategic position will suit someone who enjoys responsibility as well as working as part of a team, has a passion for the gospel, and the skills to help us grow in our calling as a church.

​

The role will involve taking a lead on operational matters; developing teams; offering operational support to our church plants and new congregations as well as St Luke’s itself; and a key part of the role will be in providing operational support for our new Community Café, to be launched in 2023.

​

The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary between £29,500 - £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
